Returns & Refunds: Once you receive your order, you can receive a full refund if the package is unopened by sending us an email at help@rikilovesriki.com within seven (7) days of delivery. After the seventh day (7th) you will receive store credit until the fourteenth (14th) day. After 14 days, the merchandise is not refundable. We will arrange return shipping through our UPS account.

Returns & Refunds: Orders delivered outside the US are returnable for a refund within 10 days from the time you receive your items. You will be responsible to return the merchandise to the shipping origin or our US location by paying the shipping cost back to us. If you received anything eligible for free international shipping, there will be a restocking charge equal to 35% of the purchase price of your returned order.
