If you have any changes or would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and be able to provide your order number and email. If the order is caught in time, we can fix the issue prior to shipping. If not, we will find the best solution to fix the issue at hand.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

When placing an order using a credit card, two transactions will be posted to your account:

1) When your order is authorized, the issuing bank for your credit card will place a hold on the funds in your account in the amount of your purchase. This action reserves the funds for the pending charge.

2) Once you are charged (when we manually process the order, not when Shopify authorizes your order), funds for the purchase amount will be removed from your account. 

If the order is altered or cancelled prior to shipment, the charge may vary from the amount of the authorization hold. If an order is cancelled, the issuing bank will remove the authorization hold. For details on the removal of authorization holds, please contact the issuing bank's customer service. Because this process is specific to each bank, we regret that we cannot provide assistance with the removal of authorization holds.

RIKI LOVES RIKI has partnered with our friends over at Consumer Priority Service to offer extended warranties for most of our products! Simply add the extended warranty on the applicable item right next to where you would add the item to cart!

No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer’s warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage & free shipping.

A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax.

A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it!

For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product.

For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.

Coverage begins on the 31st calendar day from when you purchased your product.

Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.

Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.

PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE YOUR DHL EXPRESS SHIPMENTS! 

Wait a second! What happens if you refuse, ignore, or not take delivery of your DHL Express shipment from us? Well, that's unfortunate for both of us. If DHL returns your merchandise to our factory, you are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facility including but not limited to the import duties we pay to accept the return of the merchandise. We will provide proof of costs from DHL Express for the return. Your merchandise will still be considered yours, and unless under a previously arranged agreement, your merchandise will be placed in our warehouse until such time as you are ready to have it shipped back to you within 180 days after receipt of your merchandise in our facility. Re-shipping will be charged the negotiated rate. After 180 days, all unclaimed merchandise will be moved to our abandoned merchandise area and made property of GLAMCOR. In the event that DHL Express destroys the merchandise as a result of non-delivery to you, your merchandise is non-recoverable and no credit will be given to you from us for the loss. Merchandise is destroyed upon consideration of the shipping costs versus product value. For instance, if we ship a USD $15 item which incurs USD $10 of shipping to you and $10 of shipping back to us, we would opt to have DHL Express destroy the merchandise on your behalf. You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and any other costs imposed upon you for receiving a shipment from us into your country. We are here to help, so email us at realperson@glamcor.com in case you need any questions answered! 

Orders delivered outside the US are returnable for a refund within 10 days from the time you receive your items. You will be responsible to return the merchandise to the shipping origin or to our US location by paying the shipping cost back to us. In the event that you received anything which was eligible for free international shipping there will be a restocking charge equal to 35% of the purchase price of your returned order.

Shipping Times:

• Orders are generally shipped the day after the order is placed.

• Ground shipping is generally very fast. We have a warehouse in Mira Loma, CA, and it is our hub. Shipping to the west coast takes about one day after it leaves our warehouse. As you go farther away from CA the shipping time increases, and it maxes out at five days. Generally to reach central US states is three (3) days, and to the east coast is four to five (4-5) days.

• FedEx 2nd Day: if the order is placed before 11am EST, the order will arrive 2 business days after the order is placed. If the order is placed after 11am EST, the order will arrive 3 business days after the order is placed. 

• FedEx Next Day: if the order is placed before 11am EST, the order will arrive the next business day. If the order is placed after 11am EST, the order will arrive in 2 business days. In addition, orders that are placed over the weekend will be shipped out Monday and arrive on Tuesday.
